Two Nero posts, two backings — neither is live TVL

Froth posted Nero twice in three days. 8 Sep is ETF and ETN exposure. 11 Sep is warehoused steel and aluminum. Both are coming soon. Neither number belongs on the studio snapshot or the burn ledger.

Dated snapshot: 8 Sep ETF / ETN, 11 Sep warehouse metal. Neither is live TVL.

8 September — ETF / ETN, not a warehouse

On 8 September 2026, @froth_meme said Froth is partnering with Nero to bring commodity-based protocols and commodity-paired launches to Robinhood Chain. Exposure is through tokenized products backed by positions in supported ETFs and ETNs. Custody sits with infrastructure partners. The post is explicit: economic exposure, not physical delivery.

SAMURAI was named as a coming collection around metal themes. Vault fees in that design were said to support both the FROTH and NERO economies. That is a posted ambition, not a live fee path we can add to the grave.

11 September — warehoused steel and aluminum

Three days later, Froth posted a second Nero program: tokenize more than $100M of physical steel and aluminum inventory on Robinhood Chain. Nero Australia structures the tokenization and inventory. A third-party custodian attests monthly to quantity, grade, and location. Tokens are issued against a portion of attested value.

The 8 Sep post ends in an ETF or ETN. The 11 Sep post ends in a warehouse. Do not fold them into one $100M line.

What this ledger will not do

Do not add $100M to the Sep 2026 studio snapshot. Do not treat announced inventory as TVL. Do not treat commodities as a FROTH burn. froth.meme still lists Commodities as Soon. When issuance is actually live, this entry gets a follow-up.
